Paddy began his career at LEK before moving into private equity with Octopus Investments, where he sat on the investment committee and on the boards of several portfolio companies.
He co-founded Fairgrove in 2013. Paddy works across business & financial services and technology, with particular expertise in professional services, human capital and software.
He holds an MA in Economics from the University of Cambridge and an MBA with distinction from INSEAD.
