Molly joined Fairgrove in 2026, having previously worked in commercial due diligence and strategy consulting at Stax and Armstrong.
She has advised private equity investors and management teams across a broad range of sectors, including industrials, built environment, business services and technology.
She holds a BSc in Biomedical Science with first-class honours from Royal Holloway, University of London.
