Jonathan joined Fairgrove in July 2026, having begun his career at Stax in 2025.
At Stax, he gained experience in private equity and growth strategy consulting.
He also brings prior internship experience from Kingsgate Consultants, Plural Strategy and Deloitte.
He holds a first-class honours degree in Management from the University of Bath.
