Georgina has extensive experience with consulting firms, having worked as a strategy and M&A consultant for a range of boutiques and large firms, including Fairgrove and L.E.K. Consulting. She has also held operational roles in industry for healthcare organisations, as well as been an independent consultant internationally.
As Fairgrove’s COO, Georgina owns and optimises operations across resourcing, finance, HR, recruitment, marketing, training, and other business-critical functions. She also helps design and deliver strategic initiatives to support our consultants and clients, and drive forward Fairgrove’s growth ambitions.
Georgina holds an MSc in Translational Neuroscience and BSc in Biochemistry, both from Imperial College London, and is a certified Mental Health First Aider.
