Andrew joined Fairgrove in 2026 from Stax. He has over 25 years of experience in strategy and transaction advisory, including prior roles at OC&C Strategy Consultants, EY and Kroll, as well as senior strategy and finance roles at Amex GBT and Travelport.
At Fairgrove, Andrew works across transaction advisory and strategy, including acquisition screening, commercial due diligence, post-merger integration and growth strategy, with a particular focus on technology, software and business services.
He holds an MBA with distinction from London Business School.
