Fairgrove Partners recently visited Morzine, in the French alps, for its annual strategy off-site meeting. Following a day of strategic and operational planning, the team enjoyed a day’s skiing, undeterred by the ‘white-out’ conditions that continued throughout the weekend. The meeting resulted in several updates to Fairgrove’s 5-year plan, and the identification of a number of efficiency-improvement projects to be implemented over the course of 2018. With varying skiing standards (at least two staff members showed clear signs of a misspent youth) the trip also provided an excellent opportunity for team-building both on and off the slopes.
