Fairgrove Annual Strategy Offsite

Fairgrove Partners recently returned from its annual strategy offsite after spending Thursday 28th and Friday 29th April at Burley Manor in the New Forest. Thursday morning featured workshops on the company’s vision, strategy, and culture. All staff discussed and debated ideas to help shape the direction of the firm and senior management revealed exciting plans for the year ahead, outlining a variety of new company initiatives. We then celebrated the end of a record financial year in the great outdoors, axe throwing, playing archery tag (think medieval paintball), and segwaying through the estate. All intact, we returned for a team dinner and drinks at the hotel, and celebrated the birthdays of two staff members. Our trip concluded with a bike ride through the picturesque New Forest countryside on a glorious Friday morning, certainly a highlight of the trip.

As we continue to grow, we are looking for talented individuals, who love an adventure, are not afraid of being challenged, and would thrive from working in a dynamic, entrepreneurial environment. If you are one of those people – please visit our Jobs page!
